The trying - June 10th 2013

Hiya
sorry I have not posted all weekend. Its been another fairly busy weekend.

Saturday, we helped hubby's mum with the food shop. his dad works some Saturdays and as his mum doesn't drive we help out, we spent the afternoon at his parents got home fairly late. Usual Saturday stuff.

Sunday, we actually had a nice lay in we feed little one at about 7am then we all feel asleep again, I woke up at 11 to see hubby and baby still asleep so I got up and had a shower, they were just waking up when I had got out of the shower.  Again we went to hubby's parents, but not before going into Havant to get a few bits, hubby said he wanted to make some one at work a t-shirt so had to get bits for that. Also yesterday our little one had food for the first time, baby food that is. We noticed he was starting to munch on his hands and tried munching on mine and hubby's fingers so we tried him on some food and he loved it.
We got back at about 8 so was another fairly late day getting in. We also had a gaming section, more playing COD with hubby's and playing online with his uncle cousin and one of their friends.

Today -
well it has just gone 1pm so nothing really has actually happened today. I'm still waiting on my package from clearblue. They told me that it would arrive by 1pm on Saturday so I thought ok being a weekend it would more then likely be 1pm Monday well being 1:10pm i'm guessing it might not turn up today. Saying that I have had parcels turn up at 3pm before but this one was a before 1pm guarantee. Knowing my luck i'll go to the shops and it will turn up when I am out. I do need to go to the shops got to pick up some stuff for little one's dinner tonight and then when hubby gets home we are off to a big Tesco store to get a few more bits for little one. Luckily hubby's sister had some baby food so she have us that.

Ok now as I am trying it is time for the TMI part of the post.
I thought I would have been 4dpo but all my charts put me at 3, so i'll just go with that.

symptoms
Backache - as usual
felt a little sick early hours of the morning
slight headache
some little cramping    

Now that my little one is asleep I am going to attempt to do some house work before he wakes up again. So until tomorrow i'm off :)

The trying - June 7th 2013

Our little woke up this morning at about half 6 for his bottle, he had about half of his bottle before throwing up half of what he had, good job we had the doctors anyway to today.
When I spoke to the doctor about it he checked his temp and throat to make sure nothing was wrong. All seemed fine. The doctor just said he might be coming down with the sniffles. Oh not sure if I have mentioned before that my little has to see a doctor once a month because he was a premi has IUGR and because he has been slow to gain weight. Yea I don't think my little one is coming down with something, he's a right smiler at the moment. He is also currently kicking me in the side because he is that happy. I do love it when he smiles.

Got a phone call this morning from clearblue saying that they have received my consent form and that they will be sending out my trail package, I should get it tomorrow, meant to be out all day tomorrow so I am hoping that it turns up before I go out.

Ok now to the TMI section of the blog.
Today is cycle day 20. OPKs are still positive but are or look like they are getting lighter, which I am hoping means I have or now am ovulating. I haven't checked my cervix nor my CM but it dose seem a watery creamy texture so going on the I have ovulated, temps don't match that though so I am unsure. I got woken by hubby again in the early hours of the morning and if you read my blog yesterday I think you'd guess what it was for, I am hoping this has now covered us for trying to get pregnant. According to one of my online charts it says I have a very high chance of getting pregnant. I must mention if you have not TTCed or are new to TTCing then each month you have a 20% of getting pregnant, even if you cover all your days you still only have a 20% chance of getting pregnant. So going on that site I have the 20% chance of getting pregnant.

So as I have had 2 days and now on my 3rd day of positive OPKs I am saying today is 1DPO
Ok so symptoms for 1DPO

• cramping - normal for me
• backache - normal for me, get it every day.

The trying - June 6th 2013

A today is Thursday and it's not half term I went to baby club, usually it's just with one lady and her little one, but this week another lady joined us with her little one. Which was nice as she's also same forces as hubby, so it gave us something to talk about. The lady I usually go with her little one and my little one started baby talking to each other today. It was so cute, they even tried holding hands as well. It's nice to see my little guy talking to other babies, even though we can't understand a word they are saying, I know they understand each other.

Ok lets get the TMI part of the post out. I only say it's TMI because I know some people don't really like hearing about other peoples cycle and CM and everything else that's goes with it.
Ok. Today is cycle day 19, I got another positive ovulation test, so going on that I think I can say tomorrow will be 1DPO.
I haven't checked my CM or cervix today so can't really say anything about that. My temp is a little down today. 36.2. hoping tomorrow it will go up, which I think would conform ovulation.
Last night my darling hubby decided he was going to wake me up and 2:10am for some hanky panky to put it nicely, even though that still sounds strange so i'll just say some baby dance. If you are a regular to TTC terms you'll know what that means even if your not I think you can guess what it means.
I'm hoping that that would give us a nice chance of falling pregnant this cycle, if I do the baby would be due that same day as my little boy was born.

One day I will give up and use names. At the moment I quite like it being my little boy and my hubby. Its not quite the same using names.

Today the weather has been lovely. The sun has been shining all day, in fact it's been shining all week. Tomorrow is meant to be warmer. Today has been about 20c and tomorrow is meant to be about 22c. Although I love the sun shine, I don't like it being to hot. my fault really everything I wear is pretty much black, I do have some clothes that aren't black but not a lot.

Ok i'm getting thirsty and I don't really have anything in the house to drink apart from coffee and water and i'm not a fan of either, so i'm off to take a walk to the shop to get a bottle of cola. hopefully it will be a nice cold one, and I guess I should get hubby one for when he comes back from work.

The trying - June 5th 2013

Good evening people.

Ok today I am going to start with the TMI part of my blog. Today is cycle 18, and I finally got a positive OPK. only 4 days later then I would usually. Hoping my LP phase will still be 14 days.
haven't really check my CM today or my cervix. My temp was 36.3.

So yesterday I got my letter from clearblue and today I sent the consent form back, so hoping I hear back from them by Friday maybe Monday at the lastest. I also got another letter today. One that I am pretty sure most women dread getting. As I said before i'm 25 next month which is also the age they start doing the cervical screening. It's all booked for the 13th. I'm a little worried about it, I know it's not going to be much different to when the midwives check your cervix to see how far dilated you are. I think I am more worried about the results. I'm pretty sure there is nothing to worry about its just I hate waiting for results.

Back on the subject of my cycle. On my cycle charts they tell you what your due date would be if you were to fall pregnant that cycle. It has given me the due date of February 28th, the same date my little boy was born. Only time will tell.

I haven't really got anything else to write today so it's only a short one today.

The trying - June 4th 2013

As today is Tuesday and because little one was not weighed last week he got weighed this week. He is now 9lb 11oz, and he's adjusted chart he's now on the 2nd centile line. if they don't adjust it he's still below the 0.4 centile line.

That was this morning, this afternoon I met another 2 ladies from my patch. We went to a café close by and wished we didn't the food there was not very nice, the customer service could have been better. I didn't like the idea of paying once you've had what you ordered, things like that should stay with restaurants, not cafes. They took forever to actually give you an order unless is was a cold can. They weren't even busy. Oh well I still enjoyed myself, as shy as I am it's nice to meet new people.

At lunch time I had a text from hubby asking if I wanted to move closer to his base, it would benefit him by being closer to work and using less fuel, but where little one has to get weighed every 2 weeks and has to see the doctor every month and with my confidence issues and only just starting to meet people we decided its not worth it. He's due another posting in 2 years so theres not much point in moving now or in a few months just to move again at the end of his posting.

Now hubby is home and is asleep on the chair holding a coat hanger.

So hubby is asleep snoring and little one is asleep next to me also snoring. like father like son. While I was at baby weigh in this morning quite a few ladies commented one my sons eyes, saying how lovely they were, they then looked at mine and tried to work out what colour they are. Mine are a greeny blue my little one has dark blue eyes, hubby has light blue eyes. I so hope my little one keeps his eye colour I love them, and I know he's going to end up being a flirt when he is older.

The trying - June 3rd 2013

Yesterday we went to my in-laws and had a bbq as the weather was nice. Makes a change having nice weather, Its meant to be nice all week, then grantee it will turn crappy for the rest of the month.
Yesterday I had a really bad blonde moment, I hadn't really took much notice of the date, even though I write it pretty much everyday and I realised that I'm 25 next month, I'm just over a month away to being half way to 50. My hubby laughed and said I'm getting old. He is younger then me but not my much, he's 24 in November.

Now for the TMI moments, Ok today is cycle day 16, still not had a positive OPK, and my temps agree with it. My online charts have not detected ovulation by my temps yet, but have detected that I am in a fertile period going on my CM. Going by that I think and i'm hoping I will finally get my positive OPK tomorrow or maybe tonight but don't have my hopes up on that one.
It's getting quite frustrating waiting for the positive OPK, i'm testing pretty much 3 times a day, So glad I ordered 30, but the way things seem to be going i'll end up using the whole 30 before my next cycle.

I'm making my chicken soup again tonight, before I start making that though i'm going to gut and tidy the dining area in the kitchen diner and then we will actually use are dining table for a meal rather then something to put stuff on. Ok i'm off now little one wants feeding and his bottle should have cooled down enough by now.
As tomorrow is Tuesday and it's been 2 weeks since my little one had been weighed i'll be starting off with that. 

The trying - June 1st 2013

Hiya
Just a quick one tonight.
Firstly I know I didn't post yesterday, Our little one had his second lot of jabs and we then spent the afternoon out so he would sleep. He only got a slight temp rise and was still completely normal in himself.
The same can't be said for today though. Usually he'll have most of a 5oz bottle. Today he's been having 4oz at the most. At one point he only took 1oz he was really hungry a few hours later but still only took just under 4oz. He's been crying more then usually today as well.

I got a few bargains today. Got a nice underwear set for £2, and a lovely gothic puzzle for £3. Went bargain hunting today. Also had my hair dyed again this afternoon, got what was purple but had turned blonde dyed to match the rest of my hair.

It's been a lovely sunny day today, and tomorrow is meant to be good as well. We are going to the in laws for a BBQ. Looking forward to that. Must remember the sun cream and hat for little one.

Now the TMI part.
today is cycle day 14. Usually I would get my first positive OPK, it's not quite positive hoping tomorrow it will be, it is slowly getting darker though. CM today is watery, but instead of going the egg white like texture it should be it looks like its going back to creamy, so whether that means i'm not going to ovulate i'm not sure. Temp today is 36.4. So a light rise which I think is good.

Might not be posting tomorrow as I'm not sure what time it will be when we get back. So until next time. UK readers (if any) enjoy the sunny weather, makes a change on last year.
